Club Level:
Interlake High School
At this level, we begin to strive to better our community and make those around us even happier. We do this through service projects, etc. during bi-weekly club meetings. Each club consists of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, bulletin editor, and webmaster.
Divisional Level:
Division 28
Each district is made up of a number of divisions, which comprise of 2-15 clubs. Each division is served by a lieutenant governor and managed by an area administrator. We are a part of Division 28, which serves Bellevue, Interlake, International, Issaquah, Liberty, Mercer Island, Mount Si, Newport, Sammamish, Skyline, and Two Rivers high schools.

District Level: Pacific Northwest District
Each district consists of a district governor, secretary, treasurer, and editor, as well as lieutenant governors and appointed committee chairs. At the end of each service year, each district hosts a district convention unique to its distinct district, to celebrate the year of service. We are a part of the Pacific Northwest District.

International Level
Key Club International is made up of 33 districts including one in formation, as well as an international board. The International Board consists of an International President, International Vice President, and 11 International Trustees. International Trustees are assigned to three districts (known as sistricts) as act as liaisons between the district and international level (like lieutenant governors).
